Welcome to Faro LLC (“Faro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.byfaro.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By using our Site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. (Yes, we read these too— we just made them less boring.)

1. What We Do

Faro delivers professional website services, including:

Web development (Webflow magic included ✨)
Web design
Web migration
Web maintenance & support

Heads up: We don’t hand out free resources or downloads through our Site—what you see is what you get. (Sorry, no secret cheat codes.)

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

Project-based Plans: Custom quotes only. 50% upfront before we start the work. Remaining 50% due when we deliver (We like commitment as much as you do.)
Monthly Plans:
- Standard Plan – $350/month (5 hours)
- Advanced Plan – $650/month (10 hours)
- Billed at the start of each month; cancel anytime. (No drama.)
Hourly Plan: $75/hour. Billed after the agreed period (weekly, monthly, etc.).
Payment Methods: Stripe or bank transfer (outside of the Site).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Project-based: Refunds only if we mess up big and it causes major financial loss (max 50% of project fee). Once paid, these plans cannot be canceled. (We do our best, promise.)
Monthly & Hourly: Non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime — future services won’t be charged.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our Site or submitting info through our forms, you agree to:

Be honest and accurate.
Avoid spamming or misusing our forms.
Respect our Site’s security and functionality.
Not copy, resell, or reuse our content, branding, or designs.
Use our Site and services only for lawful purposes.

(Think of it as: be cool, don’t break stuff.)

5. Intellectual Property

We own all work until full payment is received.
Once you’ve paid in full, the final deliverables are yours.
We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise. (We love showing off our work—it’s what we do.)
All content, branding, and materials on the Site are Faro’s—don’t copy or reuse without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We don’t promise specific business results (like revenue, traffic, or sales). (That’d be magic—sorry, we’re only human.)
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by clients (late content, feedback, approvals).
We aren’t liable for website downtime or outages caused by third-party providers.
We aren’t responsible for issues with third-party tools (Webflow, Call.com, Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel).
Except for major financial loss caused by us, our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Services & Terms

We can update our services, pricing, or these Terms anytime. Changes take effect when posted here, with the updated date above.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international business law. Faro LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. (Legal stuff—we’re serious here.)
