Welcome to Faro LLC (“Faro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.byfaro.com (the “Site”) and the services we provide. By using our Site or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

Faro offers professional website services, including:

Web development (using Webflow)
Web design
Site migrations
Web maintenance & support

We do not offer free resources or downloads through our Site.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

Project-based Plans: We provide custom quotes. A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. Remaining payment is due upon project completion.
Monthly Plans:
- Standard Plan – $350/month (5 hours)
- Advanced Plan – $650/month (10 hours)
- Payments are made at the start of the month and can be canceled at any time.
Hourly Plan: $75/hour. Clients are billed for hours worked at the end of the agreed period (e.g., weekly, monthly), rather than in advance.
Payment Methods: Stripe or bank transfer (outside of the Site).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Project-based Plans: Refunds are available only if we cause a major issue that results in significant financial loss. In that case, refunds are capped at 50% of the project fee. Once payment is made, project-based plans cannot be canceled.
Monthly & Hourly Plans: Non-refundable, but can be canceled at any time (future services will not be charged).

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

When using our Site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.
Not spam or misuse our contact forms.
Not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.
Not copy, resell, or redistribute our website content, branding, or designs.
Use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all work until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, clients own the final deliverables.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
All content, branding, and materials on this Site are owned by Faro and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, traffic, or sales).
We are not responsible for delays caused by clients (such as late content, feedback, or approvals).
We are not liable for website downtime or outages, as these are dependent on third-party providers.
We are not responsible for issues or outages with third-party tools we use or integrate (including Webflow, Calendly, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
Except where we cause major financial loss, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

7. Changes to Services & Terms

We may update or modify our services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page, with the updated date listed above.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international business law. Faro LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States.
